Insurance and Billing:
Wellspring believes in keeping fees reasonable so that everyone can afford to improve their health. To minimize costs, Wellspring accepts only cash and checks.
Dr. Dysarz participates in the Anthem and the Sagamore insurance networks. Patients insured through these networks are asked for their co-pay portion at the time of service. Be aware that any deductible that has not been met will increase your out-of-pocket costs.
Patients in other health insurance plans, including Medicare, are expected to pay their fees at the time of service. We will submit insurance claims for you.
For patients without insurance coverage, we offer a discount for fees paid at time of service.
Office Hours:
Dr Dysarz sees patients from 8am to 6 pm, weekdays, by appointment. Dr. Howey sees clients weekday evenings, by appointment.
Missed Appointments:
A broken appointment is a loss to everyone. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment, or a $15 service fee will be assessed.
